999bh- responsible gaming means enjoying gaming as a form of entertainment, not as a source of financial or mental stress. Online gaming and betting are naturally fun activities — but they become a problem when they start to negatively affect our daily lives, family, or financial wellbeing.
999bh We believe every player has the right to take control of their gaming experience. That's why we've built tools and policies to help you play mindfully.
Responsible gaming doesn't mean having less fun. In fact, playing within the right limits makes every moment more enjoyable. 999bh- our goal is to create an environment where you can enjoy gaming freely, happily, and with complete peace of mind.
Core Principles: Gaming should be a source of entertainment — not income. If you see gaming as a financial solution, that is a warning sign.
All registered users on our platform are regularly sent responsible gaming information and reminders. 999bh- it is recommended that players set a budget and time limit before starting each gaming session.
Be honest with yourself about your gaming habits. If any of the following signs apply to you, it's time to take action:
Spending Beyond Your Budget: You are spending beyond your set limit and feeling regret afterwards.
Chasing losses: Chasing losses by placing bigger bets to recover what you've lost.
Neglecting Family and Work: Gaming is affecting your ability to focus on family responsibilities or work.
Playing with borrowed money: You are borrowing money or dipping into savings to fund your gaming.
Keeping it secret: You're hiding your gaming habits from family or friends.
Emotional Dependency: Feeling restless, irritable, or anxious when you are not playing.
If any of the signs above feel familiar: This is not a sign of weakness — it takes courage to know yourself. 999bh- use the responsible gaming tools or get in touch with our support team.
999bh From your account settings, you can easily set the limits below. These limits take effect immediately, and a security verification is required to change them.
| Limit Type | Time Limit | How It Works |
|---|---|---|
| Deposit Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Deposits are blocked once your set limit is reached |
| Loss Limit | Daily / Weekly / Monthly | Session ends automatically once you've lost a set amount |
| Betting Limits | Per Bet | Set the maximum amount you can wager on a single bet |
| Session Time Limit | Each Session | Auto-logout or alert after a set period of time |
| Cooling-Off | 24 hours – 6 weeks | Account will be temporarily suspended |
Important: Lowering a limit is instant. Increasing a limit requires a 24–72 hour waiting period — this is intentional, to prevent impulsive decisions.
If you feel you need a short break or a longer time away from gaming, 999bh- use the self-exclusion feature. Once activated, your account will be fully locked for the specified period.
Log in, go to the "Responsible Gaming" section, and select the self-exclusion option.
7 days, 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or permanent closure — choose whichever suits you.
Verify your identity with SMS or email OTP for added security.
Your account will be locked as soon as the request is processed. It cannot be unlocked before the specified period ends.
Activating permanent self-exclusion means your account cannot be recovered. Any remaining balance will be returned in accordance with regulatory requirements. We strongly recommend speaking with our support team before making this decision.
